A special hydraulic unit was developed to control all wing movements of a lightweight aircraft.

Consisting of a power unit, an oil tank, a control block and six all-aluminium cylinders, the complete hydraulic unit has a dry weight of an impressive 12.6 kg.

For these special applications, our design team, in close cooperation with specialists from the respective fields, have developed oil tanks without vent holes. An internal vacuum in the tank is prevented by means of a preloaded spring. The function of the hydraulic unit is thus ensured in any position.
