Hydraulic power packs

In close cooperation with our customer, we develop power packs according to their technical and dimensional specifications in direct or alternating current constructions for mobile or stationary applications like liftgates, forklifts, ambulance vehicles, assembly and service lifting tables and lifting platforms. Also available for the medical and food industry, waste industry and specialized projects in the aviation and maritime area.

Hydraulic cylinders

The weight of our all-Aluminum cylinders, made of high-strength Aluminum alloys, is one-third of the weight of steel cylinders.
The cylinder tubes and pistons are manufactured out of one piece and are electrically non-conductive – therefore is virtually no corrosion possible. The extremely smooth ceramic surface allows dry operation.

Cartridge valves

The unique ZERO LEAKAGE cartridge valves are installed in many critical systems. Whenever there is internal leakage of three to five drops (which is considered an acceptable standard by our competitors), there is potentially uncontrolled pressure loss in the hydraulic systems. The MHW cartridge valves guarantee constant pressure in closed hydraulic circuits. In liftgates, ambulances, arial work platforms, cranes, etc., pressure fluctuation can be undesirable and dangerous.

Wide range of products include starting-, priming-, pressure reducing-, pressure relief valves, throttling screws, load independent flow control valves, check-, sequence-, flow control-, shuttle and adjustable pipe break valves.

Hydraulic control blocks

Our hydraulic control blocks are made of different aluminum alloys. They are lightweight, compact, extremely variable, and upgradeable to desired functions and designed accordingly to specified applications. We also offer salt water resistant options for offshore and extreme weather conditions.

Pressure switches

Our high-quality Pressure Switches operate on the piston-spring principle and can withstand shock impacts of up to 100 G. The anodized aluminum housing with stainless steel spring and plunger protects the piston pressure switches against corrosion. Upon request, the housing can also be specially coated to withstand extreme weather conditions and offshore applications.

With an export share of over 80%, our main export markets include Japan, Australia, America, South Africa, EU countries and other Asian countries. We have general agents in Japan and America.
